Seema has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector. She specialises in the commercial set up of teams, as well as in optimising sales and marketing channels to maximise revenue building opportunities. Having held key senior leadership positions, Seema was an integral part of the set-up, launch and successful establishment of the Emaar Hospitality portfolio, including key flagship properties for Address Hotels & Resorts, Armani Hotels & Resorts and Vida Hotels & Resorts. Seema was also a player in developing the commercial strategy behind the launch of Rove Hotels, a new kind of budget hotel in Dubai, keeping in-line with Dubai’s vision to provide trendy affordable hotels to overseas visitors.
Having worked with IHG, Meridien, Starwood, Marriott, Fairmont and Southern Sun hotels, Seema has an excellent understanding of successful commercial structures within the hospitality industry. Seema has also held commercial consulting positions with Burj Al Arab, LUX Resorts & Hotels and Kempinski Mall of the Emirates in the past few years.
